The Concert Experience!
Having attended two concerts this summer, I recently realized that a concert ticket is worth the money, even though one can simply listen to a $10 CD. The experience itself is not just about the music, but also about the people you sit by, the location, and the stories of the artists. The Corinne Bailey Rae concert was a fabulously fun experience, not only great musically. Corinne entertained us with stories of how and when they wrote songs, and they genuinely appreciated their still-strong fan base. I had a really fun time at the concert, although I was disappointed that they didn't play my favorite Corinne Bailey Rae song, "In My Dreams." The rest of the concert made up for it!
